Mr. Bing joined Kramer and Associates, Inc. in 2003 after having spent three (3) years as General Counsel
and Director of Business Development for The Customer Group, a niche consulting firm based in Chicago,
Illinois. Previously, Mr. Bing spent 5 years as an Assistant District Attorney in the Bronx County District
Attorney’s Office in New York City where he investigated and was the lead prosecutor in ten felony trials.
Mr. Bing has successfully directed a number of Kramer and Associates, Inc. public and private sector
projects. He has extensive experience facilitating controversial and complex projects that require substantial
public outreach and interaction. Mr. Bing has developed project specific stakeholder processes, and
successfully implemented these processes, resulting in increased credibility and trust between the client
and the public and leading to outcomes considered desirable by the client and the public. Most projects
have required some combination of strategic planning, facilitation, consensus building, negotiation
and strategic communication. Mr. Bing’s background as a criminal prosecutor and corporate business consultant,
prior to joining Kramer and Associates, Inc., has exposed him to challenging and complex issues requiring
intelligent, well-reasoned and well thought through solutions. This background serves clients well as
he develops and implements strategies that provide value and move important projects to acceptable conclusions.
Mr. Bing received his Juris Doctorate degree from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts
graduating Cum Laude. He received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from The University
of Massachusetts at Amherst in Amherst, Massachusetts graduating Cum Laude.
Andrew lives with his wife and three children in Annapolis, Maryland.
